The first 5 days...I could actually taste the fish oil. This I found unusal and not pleasant....it also upset my stomach for about a week. Once it got into my system ....after a week....taking one per day...it seems to work okay now. It's a wonderful buy - with 400 gels for under $13...but I wish it would not have this after taste. I don't think I would re-order this product for I have tried other omega products (3,6-9) which digested into my system more easily. I do have a sensitive stomach & acid reflex so I would NOT recommend this product for others having these same conditions. If you don't suffer from these conditions...then it should be fine. Kirland is a good manufacturer....but I think they missed "the ball" re: this one. However, I would consider ordering other products of theirs in the future.
